Special Reopening Announcement

The health and safety of our guests and team are our number one priority. Even though Dallas County is allowing hair salons to open as early as Friday, May 8th, we feel it is safer, and to be better prepared, that we instead open on Monday, May 18th. Our in-salon services will begin serving those in order of cancellation as best we can.

Please Note: In the last two weeks we have begun reaching out to those with cancellations that began in March. We will continue to reach out to those whose appointments were canceled in the date order of those cancellations. We are returning calls and creating appointments as quickly as possible, and we thank you for your patience.

Due to social distancing requirements, we will have limited staff and availabilities. We hope to safely return to full opperations by June 1st.

The New Normal inCaring for You.

  • Please come alone. No additional guests or children at your appointment.
  • Call when you arrive. We'll let you know when your service provider is ready before you enter the salon.
  • No one with a fever may enter the building.
  • Please, no large handbags. Bring in only what you need and can fit in your lap.
  • All team and guests MUST WEAR MASKS. We can provide one if needed.
  • We'll greet you VERBALLY (no hugs or handshakes).
  • Please wash your hands upon arrival.
  • We will not be offering beverages at this time.
  • Hand and shoulder massages will not be offered.
  • Our stations are spaced 6 FT. APART to maintain distance between guests.
  • Blow-dry services are paused for now.
  • Pre-service shampoos will not be performed. Please come with clean, dry hair.
  • Allow our gloved guest care team to shop the retail area for you.
  • No cash will be accepted. We'll gladly add gratuity to credit card payments.
  • Capes are washed between each guest, as always.
